Course Exams
Boeing 747-400 Course
This class familiarizes the engineer with all airplane systems and gives detailed information on how to perform routine servicing. The class includes a general familiarization describing basic aircraft measurements and attributes, normal system function, and major components.
ETOPS
ETOPS (Extended Twin Operations) is the acronym created by ICAO(International Civil Aviation Organisation) to describe the operation of twin-engined aircraft over a route that contains a point further than one hour’s flying time from an adequate airport at the approved one-engine-inoperative cruise speed class familiarizes the engineer with all airplane systems and gives detailed information to perform routine servicing. This class includes a general familiarization, which describes basic aircraft measurements and attributes, normal system function, and major components.
Engine Oil Service
Inspections like wheels, brakes, and fluid levels (oil, hydraulics) are done during transit checks. Plus, any running repairs that the aircraft tells us it needs through thousands of onboard sensors. Most aircraft would receive about 12 hours of line maintenance per week. These happen around the world and around the clock.
VEOS (Verify Engine Oil Service) VIDEO
To mitigate the effects of PSF, Mach 2 is introducing the VEOS (Verify Engine Oil Service), which consists of opening the service panel a second time after service and verifying the oil cap installed. Therefore, this second opening will provide Positive-Lock Feedback (PLF), ensuring the oil tank filler cap is appropriately secured.
WOS (Work Order System)
M2M’s electronic Work Order System (WOS) records all M2M’s Sheetmetal and Composite Repair Shop’s receivables of new, used, and repairable articles from the receiving inspection IAW QSM-OP-111, preliminary inspection IAW QSM-OP-112, Hidden Damage IAW QSM-OP-113, repair, and final inspection and return to service IAW QSM-OP-117 and Calibration of Measurement and Test Equipment (MTE) QSM-OP-118.; as required for each article received.
