Human Factors in Aircraft Maintenance

The majority of all aviation incidents and accidents are the results of human error. New regulations have been established by FAA and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) to require all aircraft technicians to have an in-depth understanding of the role that Human Factors play in the safety of the airline industry. Training in maintenance human factors is an essential part of an FAA approved training program.
